When your caterer comes with a coordinator or your venue includes a “host,” do you still need a wedding planner? YES! Remember this very important distinction – a venue coordinator works for the venue, and your planner works for you. Your planner will know your plans, your vendors, and your timeline inside and out. Your planner will always prioritize you and your needs, and will support your other vendors so that they can do their best work for you. Your planner will go above and beyond for you. Venue & catering coordinators have an important place in the overall success of the day, but these positions come with a number of other responsibilities and demands on their time. Every wedding can benefit from the day-of coordination package.
On the day of your wedding, you don’t want to worry about a thing. With an event management package (also known as "day-of coordination"), clients are able to relax and enjoy the party, knowing that a professional wedding planner is managing all of the vendors, perfectly styling all of the décor and decorations, facilitating the flow of the day, and assisting with breakdown at the end of the night.
And while we never want anything to go wrong, you'll love the peace of mind that comes with knowing that if there's a hiccup on the day, you have an experienced planner on your team who can easily swoop in and set things right.

Because full & partial planning projects are much larger time commitments, event management packages may not be booked until your wedding date is within 6 months and is subject to availability. Dates can not be "soft held" or "penciled in" for DOC jobs. Further, we reserve the right to decline day-of coordination inquiries for at-home or tented weddings. These events (which are some of our absolute favorites!) are particularly complex with very specific needs, and to be truly successful, they require greater involvement than what is offered in the standard day-of coordination package.
